Our Alignment with Global Goals

Primary SDG:

Sustainable development goal 2
End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture
preventing the prevalence of undernourishment, to reduce the prevalence of moderate of sever food insecurity in our community, to prevent stunted growth and malnutrition in children
to prevent food waste and limit emissions by diverting foods that would be destined for waste whilst in good and adequate usable condition to tables in our community


Secondary SDGs:

Sustainable development goal 1
To support those who fall below the poverty line or are placed in exacerbating circumstances that create food poverty due to inaccessibility, isolation, seclusion or adverse conditions. To ensure members of our community have ready access to basic food items and to ameliorate the effects of economic, social or national crises or difficulty.

Sustainable development Goal 3
To improve the health of people and increase their life expectancy by promoting wholesome eating and enabling our community members to eat wholesome meals thereby prventing exposure to communicable diseases and improving health.

Global Goals, were adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030.
